Election HQ operates as a wholly-owned brand of Kite Technology Solutions, Inc. Products, services, and support offered under the Election HQ name may be provided and fulfilled directly by staff or authorized partners of Kite Technology Solutions, Inc.

All prices are subject to change, but we will, upon request, provide a final quote before asking for your commitment. Please note that payment for the full cost of services may be required in advance before any work begins. Our preferred method of payment is Interac e-Transfer. We also accept credit cards; however, a transaction fee of approximately 3% may be applied depending on the size and nature of the order.

We are currently classified as a "small supplier" under Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines and are therefore exempt from registering for, and charging, Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). Please note that this status is subject to change. If our business status changes to require HST registration, applicable HST will be added to, and payable on, all subsequent invoices.

Quoted prices for printed products may require a minimum order quantity or be offered as part of a bundled package. Shipping and handling fees may be an additional charge.

Quoted turnaround times and project timelines officially begin only after you have formally approved the project scope and the final quote, and we have received any required advance payment.

We cannot be held responsible for project delays caused by events outside of our control. This includes technical infrastructure issues (such as internet outages, domain unavailability, or DNS propagation delays), equipment failures, or third-party shipping delays. We will work with all our partners to mitigate delays and resolve challenges expediently.
